Italian designer Giovanni Alessi launched his homeware company in 1921. All his home accessories were originally hand-crafted from copper, brass and nickel. During the war, the company branched out into military uniforms and even mechanical parts for airplanes. Today, Alessi's contemporary products are practical, stylish, and much sought-after. The Hong Kong flagship store stocks funky accessories, such as corkscrews, photo frames, lamps and document trays.
