Take a trip back to the 1900s in Main Street, USA, catch a train to Fantasyland, float down the Rivers of Adventure, catch a show or blast through outer space in Tomorrowland. Ngong Ping 360

Impressive cultural themed village featuring dining, retail and entertainment attractions such as Walking with Buddha, Monkey's Tale Theatre and Ngong Ping Tea House. The Skyrail offers panoramic views as it passes over the North Lantau Country Park to Tian Tan Buddha, the world's largest, seated, outdoor, bronze Buddha statue. Ticket prices vary. It's a two-minute walk from Tung Chung MTR Station. Alternatively, catch the S1 bus to Tung Chung Bus Terminal.

Ocean Park

Get upclose and personal with a dolphin or a panda, walk through the shark tank, dive into a coral reef, or whirl upside down on a rollercoaster. Located near Aberdeen, Ocean Park manages to amuse and educate with its marine and bird life exhibits, giant panda enclosure, and wild headland rides - not least of which is the cable car trip. Parking is available and there is an efficient bus service - see the website for bus routes. Children under 3 can enter for free.
