Aqua is split into Aqua Roma and Aqua Tokyo, on the 29th floor, with chic bar Aqua Spirit on the 30th. The view is breathtaking from all three venues, thanks to huge windows overlooking the harbor. Dishes are delicately flavored and served in small elegant portions. The prices are high, but the romantic atmosphere makes it worth the expense.
